The Roxbury Performing Arts Center is the centerpiece of the Roxbury Arts Plan.

A lengthy and detailed analysis of the Township's potential and desired new Arts activities revealed a core problem:  there was not an appropriate venue to hold most of the types of events envisioned under the Plan.  Given the choice of reducing the breadth of vision or creating a new venue to accomodate the desired vision, we chose the more idealistic option.

The RoxPAC project involves renovating space in the Roxbury Recreation Building at 72 Eyland Ave.  A small, intimate theatre will then be built to accomodate 100-200 patrons at a time.  The vision also involves occasional musical performances in the adjacent Music Hall.
